Is the Free plan actually free, or a trial?
Free forever, within the limits: 1 business location, 1 active driver, and up to 235 deliveries per month. No credit card, no upgrade prompt after X days. Free is meant to cover a real small business operation — it's not a teaser.
What happens if I exceed 235 deliveries in a month?
We notify you as you approach the limit. If it's a one-off (Mother's Day, end-of-month), the dashboard holds for a short tolerance window so your operation doesn't break. If it becomes routine, it's a sign it's time to talk about a custom plan.
What counts as '1 business location'?
One CNPJ or commercial unit — one store, one pharmacy, one restaurant. Branches count as separate locations. If you have more than one operation, talk to us to design the right plan.
Why don't you publish prices for the larger plans?
Because they come with integration to the system you already run, dedicated support, and capacity sized for your volume. Each scenario gets a different package — instead of listing a number that likely won't match your reality, we talk and build the proposal together. Honest and faster.
Can I start on Free and migrate later?
Yes. Your data, drivers, and history stay in the same account. No platform migration, no lost history. When it's time to talk, just reach out to the team.
How do custom plans get billed?
Automatic recurring Pix for Brazilian customers. Credit card for international. Every invoice includes a proper service invoice. The details (amount, frequency, cycle) are defined in the proposal.
Do you charge commission per delivery?
No. Fleet is SaaS — you pay for platform capacity, not per delivery. If you want to use the Catraca driver network as overflow, that's billed per delivery — and the price is published on the home page (R$ 5.00/delivery package, R$ 4.20 on the guaranteed plan).
